Tina is great, she has the right music to go with the zumba moves. She keeps things moving in a rhythmic manner. Turns out I know a few more people that go there. I like the intensity even though I can't do all the steps yet and look forward to trying it again next week. Once I figure the moves out I'll probably be hooked.

I wanted to gatekeep but I love this studio too much. Even in an area with so many other fitness studios, Focus Forward stands out. They have it all! Diverse classes, expert instructors, unbeatable prices, and a warm, welcoming community. Personally, Barre and BodyBeat are my favorites. Outside of classes, there is an emphasis on wellness and self improvement. It’s clear how much love has been poured into this place and I hope they go far.

If you are looking for a fun way to exercise, burn some serious calories, and have fun dancing, come to Roxanne’s Zumba class! There are several other class options, as well! This is a place where you can have fun, fumble through new moves, and laugh along with everyone, and sweat!! I always feel better and energized after these classes.

If you are looking for great classes, a welcoming community, and fun, this is the place for you! Seriously, I've been to many different gyms, and I always come back to Focus Forward Studio. You can't beat the positive vibes and kick a** workouts!

I love Focus Forward! The owner is engaged and passionate about helping people thru wellness/ group fitness and there are always fun extra challenges and promos going on. The space is clean, and classes are a supportive and fun environment with knowledgeable instructors and a community of repeat clients.
