I’ve known Jake, the owner of Fitness Xperts Gym, for many years and he’s a great guy who truly cares about helping people reach their fitness goals. Jake is a great trainer and an even better person! He’s informative, encouraging, and truly cares about his clients. He helped my mom, who’s in her 60s, gain confidence in the gym, and I’m so grateful for the positive impact he’s had on both of our fitness journeys. Highly recommend!
Jake is a great guy, and most important of all a great trainer, friendly and flexible. He is able to work with you on when you can train and is able to personalize and work with you for your personal goals. He was also one of the few trainers I found willing to be flexible with pricing and helping keep it affordable.
Would highly recommend. I went in to train and condition myself to be ready for Navy Boot Camp. I was physically not ready to go to camp so I went in for training to condition myself. I finished camp and would not have been able to get through if it were not for the training and advice I had gotten from Jake Foutz. He gave me a great set of ideas and advice that I was able to use to better myself and to achieve my goals. I would highly recommend!
Old school gym with a staff that truly cares. Private one on one sessions are available without the crowded feel. A gym that feels like it's your own. Ask Luke for personal training, he's great! The owner was there and very accommodating to questions.
