Hands down best local gym, owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, staff also makes sure to clean equipment and vacuum constantly! Such a great price as well for all the equipment available, I highly recommend this gym for anyone interested in joining.

The price is good, they do have a lot of things there including tanning beds and Spin class. The workers are normally not there until 9:00 a.m. so if you are planning to start a membership and have to talk to someone then you'll need to come after that time. Update* 5 months in and everything is as expected. It is a standard commercial gym, the gym music is never what you actually went to listen to you, but they do offer different classes which are nice.

I like going there because they have machines that work every part of your body.
