Absolutely disgusting man on the phone. Rude mannerism. He hung up on us twice. We asked to speak to the manager as he was so rude, he said no then hung up. Rang again and he told us to take my business elsewhere now he has taken the phone off the hook. Tryed to hurry me and buy something ASAP. Lied about how long he was helping me for. Tim is very rude. He needs to do a customer service course of how to treat humans. His mannerism is disgusting. I hope he either improves or there are jobs out there at Karen's restruant (if it opens). I think prisoners get treated better than what I experienced. Absolutely appalling behavior. I would be ashamed as a company having a sakes representative like that. Shame on you. What a arrogant man (if that's what he is)

The Most rudest customer service ever. When your business relies on customers to make money you think you would at least be polite and respectful no matter the situation!
Friendly, helpful service. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help. Not mt first time shopping here and more than happy to return.
