staff was very helpful and kind, lots of equipment don’t have to wait long for equipment.
I was attempting a new pr of 500lbs on bench when suddenly the bar slipped and fell on my chest. The bar was crushing me and I knew I was in trouble. Martin saw me struggling and curled the bar off me with one hand. He saved my life. Gym was nice.
