Amazing facility. Staff were super helpful and very good membership prices. Location is immaculate so it’s a no brainier to workout here

I joined Fitness World West Georgia in February and started working with Aaron Birdy immediately. I had a specific goal at the time and Aaron listened to my objectives and created a program that was exactly what I was looking for. People at the front desk are real helpful, great spot to be.
There is something deeply rotten inside Fitness World, and its name is Renee. Her behavior toward members is not just unprofessional — it is calculated, cruel, and abusive. Time and again, she has fabricated accusations, turned staff mistakes into member “violations,” and canceled memberships without cause. There is no dialogue, no fairness, no attempt at resolution.
