I signed up for a one-year Fitness World membership in June 2025. In January 2026, due to personal reasons, I went to the gym in person to cancel my membership. One of the employees, Saedh, told me that she would take care of the cancellation, but that I would still have to pay until the end of June 2026. I accepted that explanation. "we are closing in 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 minutes"? You now remind people over the large annoying speaker that you are closing every 5 minutes?? You think you're on The Oprah Show or something? God so annoying. Couldn't be more annoying. It's this specific lady that does this in the last hour she used to do two announcements, last half an hour then the last 10 minutes, now she literally does it every 5 damn minute for the hole hour she uses the microphone 12 times in the final hour! what's next? Worst customer service experience, and spending most of the time for a machine to be free as it’s always busy and crowded. End up paying a lot of money from hand cause of credit card change issues and no help was provided. Not everyone comes to save money, some come in for the total experience .
There are far too many members of this gym. It's almost impossible to get a proper workout. Also the team members don't do a very good job at keeping the place clean and the weights organized.
Well equipped gym, spacious training floor and lots of machines. Busy during „typical“ gym hours - that was to be expected.
