The front desk staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They refuse to listen or consider what you’re saying, insisting only on their own point of view. On top of that, they don’t provide complete information and seem more focused on taking your money than actually helping you
New members please be aware that they charge an annual maintenance fee which you will have to pay despite cancelling membership. Ended up paying maintenance fee as an extra. They do not notify you when the payment is going to be charged, however they do send marketing ads and promotions. I feel they are counting of sneaking in charges onto you. Furthermore you get charge half the fee even if you have to put your account on hold which doesn't give you flexibility. Otherwise the gym has all things necessary for a basic workout... read more
