Great gym with a wide variety of equipment and clean facilities. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Group classes are energetic and well-led. It’s usually not too crowded, which I appreciate. Solid value for the price—highly recommend!

The staff are consistently irresponsible, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. They seem unaware of their own policies and have, on multiple occasions, provided misleading or false information just to avoid helping. The so-called “manager,” Jordan, is particularly unhelpful—he only seems interested in providing decent customer service if you agree to sign up for personal training.
