If I could give negative stars I would. These people are the biggest crooks I've dealt with and I work in the auto industry. I sent in all the proper documentation to cancel my account and they sat on it for months while continuing to charge me due to "company procedures". If you would like to join a gym that will try to charge you until death, please choose this one!

Just a meat market. This intensity/GPT trainer Eric Somthing will hit on your wife. Stay clear of fitness works!!!

Too crowded and management does not appear to care about existing members; primary concern seems to be more $$. March 2010 they removed 8 pieces of weight equipment from the Gilbert facility. Their VP Travis claimed it was used primarily by "meatheads" and they wanted to make room for more group fitness classes. This is obviously not the gym for people serious about the use of weights/weight equipment.

I specifically asked if the pool would be available. They said yes and if not I would not be charged the membership. Now I am told I will be charged and no, there is no pool available at the time.

This gym is very nice and new which makes it very clean and an enjoyable place to visit. They have the latest workout machines and I really enjoy their classes. The classes are included in the membership and they give me the incentive to keep going!
