I trained with Domenic for the past 2 1/2 years and I have seen a remarkable change in my physique . I originally did not like weight training but he makes it fun and the time goes by quick. If you struggle with getting motivated, Domenic will solve that problem. The facility is clean and it has a shower, perfect on the days I go in before work.
This facility has a well rounded approach to fitness. Exercise, nutrition and stretching and mind are equally important. I had the option of one on one training or small group training. Based on my goals, one on one training was the best option until I reach my goal and then I can move to sm group training to maintain. As I workout I learn about proper nutrition and how my food choices will impact my weight loss. This is done in a non preachy or judgmental way.
