Troy Hail, the regional director of fitness, is extremely rude and condescending. If you ever need to cancel a service with crunch for some reason, good luck.
I cancelled my membership back in April. They couldn’t find me as a member. Alyssa the gm told me to call abc fitness solutions and told me to cancel my card. Sent a certified letter to cancel and now getting emails threatening to send me to a third party collections.
the gym is nice, the people that work at the gym are nice, the hours are great but if you have to cancel your membership that's a different story. I've been waiting 4 months for them to stop all these transactions. If I dispute it with my bank, they charge me but it looks like that's the only way to go about it so be aware.
