As someone who has gone to this gym on and off for years, it is quite a shame just how much this gym has gone completely downhill. To start, I will say I have brought my issues to the attention of the staff, and nothing has been done. Granted it isn't the person I talked to's fault, but more so on the management at this gym. This gym has an obnoxious amount of pre-teens/teenagers who treat the establishment like a playground. Running around, throwing weights/equipment everywhere, climbing on equipment. Jeff and his staff are very professional and accommodating. They go above and beyond and are quick to resolve any issues with memberships, equipment and facility issues. I have been a member for 14 years (on and off) and its always clean and well maintained. Thanks Fitness Unlimited Health Club for always trying your best to help. 5 Stars all the way around! I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I canceled my membership months ago and was assured that I wouldn’t be charged anything further. Now they’re claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars, even though I followed the cancellation process properly. Dishonest and frustrating getting calls and emails every day. After this experience, I would not recommend to anyone
