I offer FT a five star rating without a second thought. I’ve been working with Loretta for about a year. I am consistently impressed at her ability to assess. and then accommodated my needs. I’ll be 77 soon. I play pickle ball, travel, and stay active. I can’t rate this facility highly enough. If my shoulder aches, if sciatica rears up, if I’m traveling and sitting for long lengths, the session goals address my needs and I leave with a prescription to follow up on my own. I've finally decided to sign up for personal training and I am so glad I chose Fitness Together in Westborough. I reached out to Josh and he invited me for a complimentary session and afterwards I signed up for a 6 - week package. Being coached by both Josh and Sophie I learned so much about proper posture, pushing to failure and engaging all the muscles. But, most importantly what stood out is their warm attitude. I was nervous about going to see a personal trainer but the staff at fitness together westborough were extremely welcoming. They gave me a free trial session to give me an idea of what it was like, and I was pleased. I signed up for 12 sessions. I go twice a week and the trainers always help me keep a good form and guide me through the exercise. Their scheduling also worked really well for me.
