I like everything about this place, staff do work. one on one with you to learn how to exercise properly. They mix things up so you don’t get bored, make it fun so you want to keep going back. That are great! No n captives.
The program is specifically designed for me and changed every 6 weeks. The team is very attentive to my health condition and listen to my goals. They are knowledgeable and keep me motivated. Happy to say that I am now pain free. Highly recommended for anyone who is on journey to better health.
The Team is terrific they are motivating but not judgemental. I feel like they have a vested interest in me obtaining my fitness goals. The workouts are tailored to my needs and objectives.
Would highly recommend Fitness Together Lynnfield. All of the trainers are great - it's nice to work with each of them as they each push me in a different way. I really like the fact that the routine is mixed up every 6 weeks as it keeps things interesting and allows me to work on different aspects of fitness - strength training, functional etc. I feel so much healthier and stronger since I've joined. I also really appreciate the flexibility of being able to schedule time that works with my schedule.
