My husband and I have been clients for over 10 years now, and have enjoyed the personalized sessions and great staff.
They work with you no matter your age to find the best workout possible. For older people who may have special issues, they work diligently to find an appropriate work out where you feel you get a good work out, yet avoid areas of physical sensitivity that could cause harm. Always prompt, always friendly, always on the job for the betterment of the client.....excellent place to work out.
