Extremely friendly and understanding staff and a great workout environment. Pricing is heavy although that's very understandable given the area and nature of the service. The open to members at any time cardio area is a nice touch.
The older (I am 70) I get, the more I need to work to maintain fitness and muscle strength. Through my training with Mike Oakes at Fitness Together, I have been able to recover from assorted injuries and areas of physical vulnerability. My workouts are varied (and always challenging!) I feel strong and energetic. Mike's good humor, knowledge of anatomy, and extraordinary awareness of movement all combine to make him an outstanding trainer and coach. The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is utterly congenial.
Custom personal trainer facility. They do what they say. Go there every week.
