Beautiful and VERY CLEAN gym. Everyone I came in contact with motivated me to do better and it’s definitely a judgement free gym so i encourage everyone to go! Thank you guys for making me believe in myself again!

I'm really disappointed. I am looking for a personal trainer and was really impressed with this facility and the bio of the trainers. I requested a consultation and received a text rather quickly from the owner. I was told she would contact me as soon as she could, which I did not mind, thinking later that day or within the next 2 days at the most. It's been 4 days. This has not sat well with me. So glad I was able to get a couple sessions in while I was back home for the holidays! The trainers/staff are very knowledgable and I always have a great time. The sessions are challenging, versatile and I never get bored! This place is a wonderful community and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
