I love Fitness Together! I’m in my 50’s, and I’ve struggled to lose weight for many years. Before coming to Fitness Together, I’d been consistently working out, and following what I thought was a healthy eating plan. I was feeling very frustrated that I wasn’t seeing the results I was looking for, despite all of my efforts. I truly enjoy coming to FT! The personal trainers are all great—friendly, supportive, and motivating. A special thanks to Anna H., who always inspires me and makes workouts both fun and effective. I’m also grateful to Anna D., who is flexible and helpful when my schedule changes, and to Shawn, who encouraged me to start FT in the first place.
