Nick is very professional and dedicated to finding new, creative ways to work the areas I need to work.
There are a number of cheaper gyms around, but several good reasons for working with a personal trainer at Fitness Together. When I used to go to a big box gym I would just randomly wander from one machine to another. Here the trainers know you and what you want to achieve and lead you to that end. FitnessTogether is very approachable and grows with you. They are very good for a beginner who does not know the correct posture. They also do a great job mixing up the exercises to keep you and your muscles interested and having fun.
