Fitness together deserves every 5 star review they get. If you want a personalized plan to get you stronger, more balanced and leaner as well as a cheer team to ensure it happens this is where it’s at! Levi was great at the initial evaluation; listened to my goals we talked about where I am with strength, habits and nutrition before seeing for himself what I was capable of, to have a starting point for our plan. Love this place! The staff are great and work to help me reach my goals! They cheer me on and give me confidence to lift more than I think I can. They are great at working with injuries too and modifying the workout. I’ve gotten stronger and am seeing results after a few months. Highly recommend this place!

I signed up for personal training because while I wanted to work out on my own, but I just never did... and by forcing myself to make an appointment and go to the appointment, I find I actually work out. I've been at it for maybe four or six weeks now, and I'm definitely feeling stronger and more fit than when we started. And I haven't had "spasming" in my back for weeks now-- I'm pretty sure the core strengthening is the reason for that, and I'm grateful. It's great to have a team of trainers to work with, so I can be flexible with my schedule. They do a good job of pushing and and making sure I have correct form, and teaching me new exercises.

The workout areas are clean and well equipped. The trainers do a great job and are professional and personable. I have enjoyed the variety of workouts as I have worked with different trainers.
