This place is awesome. Small facility with two separate rooms for individual personal training plus a cardio section in the front. At Ft they have one on one personalized workouts that REALLY get you to work hard and lookin good. Everyone at FT is real nice and un-intimidating, yet they motivate you and get you in shape. I have been working out/going to gyms my whole life and have never been in better shape! I would def recommend working out there.
