I feel like I'm getting actual results. Kerry also keeps the sessions interesting, and entertaining. When I went to regular physical therapy I never felt like there was any real progress. But, at FT, I can tell things are happening.
Fitness Together is great for those that are allergic to big box gyms. They are very attentive and great at understanding clients needs and putting fitness plans in place to help those needs be met. Couldn’t recommend them more!
