I have been a client of Fitness Together in Sudbury for over 15 years. Josh, the owner, and Dawn, the manager, are wonderful people. They have consistently hired trainers who mimic their values, and philosophy of customer service. As someone who is getting on in years, I truly believe Fitness Together is one of the primary reasons I am active, healthy and have a positive attitude. I couldn't recommend them more!
All the trainers are knowledgeable about strength training , calisthenics and nutrition. They are flexible and offer a personalized training program based on the individual. I have been here for 4 years and have found incremental progress through small positive training habits . It has really helped me lose weight, regain strength and relive stress. I would highly recommend Josh and team. Justin is an awesome.
