Professional, tailored fitness programs that are reviewed and deliberately modified to suit the needs of each client is the hallmark of FT. After training here for almost five years, I have a mixed review. Yes, the place is clean. It is also expensive. Many of the trainers are extremely talented, skilled, and kind professionals; I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with them. They should be paid much much more!!! Trainers leave to work elsewhere; maintaining a consistent schedule with consistent people is impossible.
