I’ve been training at Fitness Together for a bit. What I would tell someone looking into personal training is that you don’t realize what a benefit it is until you try it. Contrary to popular belief, getting fit safely while truly making progress towards your fitness goals is not intuitive. They offer friendly, personalized training on a flexible schedule.
Excellent and very knowledgeable trainers, personalized sessions, comfortable environment. It is an important part of staying healthy and they really care. And we have fun while we work hard. I highly recommend the Reading location.
