I've been working with Adam and Crystal for about 3 months and anticipate keeping my session for a long time to come. They are patient, kind, and meet me where I am. I especially appreciate that they're willing to explain the basics while also having deep knowledge and experience that make sure I'm always on the right path. Crystal (owner) and her team work hard to create a friendly, inclusive environment to help achieve any fitness goal. My partner and I generally do two training sessions a week together. We have a baby on the way, and throughout this time, Crystal has created fun and challenging training regimens that fit both of our needs.
