Worked out with Tyler for a couple of months and it was top-notch! He took all of the covid safety precautions put forth by the CDC and made sure it was a safe environment to exercise in. By the end of my ~12 weeks of working with him, I had dropped quite a bit of weight and replaced it with muscle. Beautiful place.
Excellent personal training with workouts geared towards your personal goals. When I trained twice weekly I noticed tremendous improvements in my strength and balance. Tyler is upbeat and flexible with scheduling especially when my work is hectic.
