I’ve now spent a year and a half with the folks at Fitness Together. They’ve helped me accomplish every goal I set out to achieve But the journey continues. As my body changes, my workouts are being adapted and changing as well. My workouts are very challenging, without risking injury. I’m 54 years old and I feel 20 years younger.
