I have been at FT for 3.5 years and have increased my training days from 3 to 4 days/week. I continue to show up every day as I am committed to my goals, but even more so are my trainers Dan and Laura! Throughout the past year they have both taken the time to make programs that push me hard physically and mentally while laughing and making it fun! I was intimidated to start and my only regret is not walking thru the FT door years earlier.

I have been training at FT Medfield for just over a year now, and I have only positive things to say about my experience so far. I joined as someone who has never been able to maintain a steady diet/fitness routine, and was also recovering from a serious fall/traumatic brain injury. Needless to say, I was in very poor physical condition and was desperate to make a change. I’ve been training at Fitness Together since November 2022, and the team has helped me rediscover the enjoyment and benefits of weight training after stepping away from it during my pregnancy years. FT provides a great environment to workout. I really like how dynamic the mix of exercises are and the trainers I work with (Vangjel, Laura, and Dom) are all awesome!
