It had always been my personal goal to have a personal fitness trainer. I struck gold at Fitness Together in downtown Portsmouth. I highly recommend Nick Pitts at the team. I have been very happy from "day 1". Everything from pairing me with a trainer skilled in working through injuries to the variety and effectiveness of the individual training sessions - top notch throughout! Very personalized and I can see the intentionality behind every exercise they have me do.
