I appreciate the one on one attention from the staff. No matter which one of the trainers you workout with, you can be sure you’re getting the right program for you.
All of the trainers are wonderful, great with fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. They push you to do your best, while making sure that you're doing everything properly and without injury. They customize your workout according to your needs and are flexible with scheduling.
Trainers are always helpful, encouraging and supportive. They push me to my limit and then some. Appts are flexible and they work with me with my work schedule and availability.
