I came back to Fitness Together after being away for a few years. I have been training with Matt, Moses, and Ryan and I cannot express how happy I am with the progress that I have made so far. I have lost weight and my cholesterol has improved dramatically. I feel healthier and happier. I could not have done it without the wonderful people at Fitness Together. The trainers in the studio are very knowledgeable, and they are very supportive and encouraging. The studio is always clean and they maintain in that way. I have been training with Matt, Kirby, Ryan = I would say they don't just train you, they push very hard to reach our fitness goals. This place is fun.
