The trainers take care to modify each exercise to your ability. They pay close attention to your movements to ensure you have the proper weights, step up heights snd are doing the movement correctly. They will modify during the session to push harder or easier as needed. They are attentive to safety and encouraging. I can’t pick a favorite trainer as they are all considerate snd so positive.
