As a late 50s busy business man, I didn't have the time nor desire to go to a big gym. Therefore I gave FT a try. My experience here has been outstanding! I had never used equipment before and this is the perfect place! The personal trainers are fabulous and their nutrition program has helped me get back to the size I 've wanted for a long time. I feel so much better than I have in at least 5 years! I've learned how to work with fitness equipment and how to eat so much healthier. My family has benefitted too because of the eating habits I have established. I would recommend this program to anyone that has never used a personal trainer and needs to start somewhere!
