I've had an excellent experience at Fitness Together. My session routines have evolved since I've been attending, and my workouts feel perfectly tailored. (Shout out to my primary trainer, Amir, for creating my routines.) They are constantly adjusting and applying new knowledge to make the most of each session. I have been training at FT Fairfax for almost two years; my husband is a client as well. We love the family feeling of the gym; every trainer knows you, makes you feel welcome, and provides something different to your fitness goals.
