I highly recommend Tera for all of your fitness needs! Bootcamp in the evenings is a great workout with fun people!
She is very knowledgeable about what a person needs just go for it and give her a call she's great.
If you want results, you need Fitness To Go! Whether 1:1 or leading her Bootcamps, Tera is great at working different muscle groups at each session, and progressing is easy with her support and motivation.
Personal trainer is very knowledgeable. Expect professional training here a+
