I have only been going about a month and from what I see i love. You walk in they call you by name. Not like because you scanned you barcode. They arent even near the computer and they know your name. The Italian made machines I never even seen these brands but the way that they have transformed my body is crazy. Horrible business practice. You can sign up and electronically sign online but they require you to come in and sign in person to cancel and then on top of that they have a 30 day cancelation process and this means they can charge you for another month. Gross. Then the owner trys to justify this gross business practice by saying it ok because other gyms do it and that I sign a document stating it...... gets even better.
I had to leave a review because the owners of this gym are truly exceptional. On my second day, Holly came up to me just to say hello and check if I had been able to find the equipment I needed. I had no idea she was the co-owner at the time, and I was amazed by how warm and welcoming she was. Learning of her role later only reinforced how much the owners genuinely care about their members. I LOVE THIS GYM! as a beginner it felt super intimidating but the staff and even other gymmers are so kind and knowledgeable and they all support you in so many amazing ways definitely recommend coming here!!!
Best gym in South Florida, and I'll fight anyone who says otherwise! 🤣🤣 Always clean and the management staff is attentive.
