old school gym with a bit of history great selection of equipment
Great gym, old school, but has plenty of equipment to train almost any muscle. Been about 2 years since I went here. Miss this gym and the vibe around lincoln in general
This is the type of gym I was looking for. No wasted space, tons of machines, and something for all fitness levels. This gym is for someone looking for a place to get your full workout done without a big crowd at a reasonable price.
They never turn on the AC. It must be always broken.
