This company provided a contest at my old apartment. I signed up for it, the initial term was for 8 months. I moved out of my apartment before my 8 months was up. I tried contacting them to cancel, I never heard from them once. And even when my 8 months was up they never contacted me once to ask if I wanted to renew or cancel. And since April of 2020 they have been taking $198 out of my account every month even though I don’t live there anymore. I totally agree with the previous 1 star review. I also feel disclosures of the contract terms were inadequate and in addition, I have encountered extreme difficulty in terminating their services. I have provided written notification and charges are still appearing on my credit card. It tried to communicate with the owner and have not received both timely responses or responses at all.

This company does not explain that you are locked into a 6 month contract whether they show up or not and whether you like the trainer or not. They rush you through an electronic copy and only talk about the progress you can make in 6 months. When you try to cancel they then tell you that it is a 6 month commitment. They charge you even if you are not getting the service you requested and even if they are not sending a trainer. They stop replying to your emails and then just charge your card.
