I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have zero gym experience, but Coach Mo and his team have made me feel so welcome and supported. Every time I go here I feel like I’ve taken ten giant leaps toward embracing wellness.
I’ve been a member at Fitness Sanctuary since April of this year and I love coming to this gym! The trainers are super friendly and always make you feel comfortable. The space is clean, has everything I need, and the vibe is motivating without being intimidating. I’ve been seeing amazing progress, losing 18 lbs so far, and my endurance level is so much higher. Loved my time there today. First time there, and I was immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable (new to gyms and working out, so that's a big one for me). Work out kicked my butt, but I finished smiling because of the trainers and the others in the class motivating me. Take a chance, go to a class, give yourself a shot, change your life.

This gym comes with a variety of options of how you want to work out whether u want to lose weight or gain muscle. At this gym you gain more than just muscle you gain a family. I highly recommend going to Fitness sanctuary!
