Loved my time there today. First time there, and I was immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable (new to gyms and working out, so that's a big one for me). Work out kicked my butt, but I finished smiling because of the trainers and the others in the class motivating me. Take a chance, go to a class, give yourself a shot, change your life.

This gym comes with a variety of options of how you want to work out whether u want to lose weight or gain muscle. At this gym you gain more than just muscle you gain a family. I highly recommend going to Fitness sanctuary!
I just restarted coming here for an upcoming physical training test for the DCYF training school next month and training with Tahj but unfortunately they had a water pipe burst so without a physical location briefly but alas I pretty sure the fellas will come up with something creative! Where there is a will there's a way!! ✊🙏🏿 #blessings nothing as changed..just figuring out if I'll like to return! #Nothingtosee here LOL
Been rocking with Tahj and Mo from the beginning. Never leaving this gym! Met some great people along the way!
