I moved to a different city and when I wanted to cancel I was told to send the letter to the address listed on the contract or pay $50 to cancel immediately. I sent the letter in July and its September and they are still charging me. They never answer the phone, and when you go to the location its a hit or miss to find a worker there.

Cancelled membership back in June. Sent letter to address on the contract and am still being charged. Won't answer phone.
