Great gym, equipment and hours are better than rival gyms in the area

After going to the commercial gyms wasn’t sure what to expect , but it’s a great place , nothing fancy but has everything and anything you need to achieve your goals and grow, never too busy , nice laid back atmosphere to get your workout done , definitely a hidden gem I’m glad I found

Solid, no-frills gym that’s pretty well-equipped for strength training. A few machines to get your cardio in, too (rower, treads, assault bike, stair climber). Good array of kettlebells and dumbbells as well as med balls, and the sled and turf are awesome. Some equipment could be fixed or updated (e.g. the seat for the lat pull-down machine is really ripped and the pin gets stuck; bench press doesn’t have adjustable height settings.)
