This is not your standard gym, and it will change your mind on what you should expect. The trainers here are amazing at pushing an entire group of people through a set that pushes you to your limits, and makes you believe you can do better. This is definitely a gym for people of all experience and fitness levels.
This is a gym for anyone at any fitness level. Not only will you feel great right after a work out, but you will have more energy for the rest of the day.
I've been working out here for about a year. Twice weekly 30 minute workouts have made me much stronger for my job and for playing with my kids. I like the balance of flexibility and accountability. I don't feel bad texting my trainer when kids or work get in the way, but I don't want to slack off and let him and the owners down either. The only reason I hesitate to write a review is that I selfishly want to keep this gym the small gem that it is.
