Had high hopes when they opened, but can see now how they really run their business....and it's not good. They had a lot of really good trainers, but one by one most of them have left. You'd think a business would realize, especially when you still have remaining sessions to use (my wife and I both still have unused sessions), but they can't find us new trainers to work with and asking to be refunded for they service that I paid for, that they can't provide, sounds like a big hassle. Very disappointed in this gym. After 2pm fills up with high school kids who hang out, horse around and sit on the equipment while on their phones. If you ask them to move, they either ignore you or swear at you and if you bring it up to the managers, they make excuses for their behavior. Save your money and go somewhere else.
