I’m not the patient here, a family member is, but as a physical therapist myself, I can say this is an excellent clinic! Staffing is going through some changes, so who I mention may/ may not be present anymore, but the entire staff —from Warla up at the front desk—to clinic director Brian—to PT’s Kaitlyn and Cameron—and PT Assistant Avery—is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, humorous, and really listen to the patient, as well as interact well together. Beware of this place. I was treated horribly. I felt like they didn’t care about me at all. They send text reminders of your appointments and you can reply back on that text thread. I was sick and replied back that I need to reschedule. I tried many times and I also called and left a voice mail. They failed to tell me that they do not check that text line and that counts as a no show which isn’t fair. Fitness quest is awesome and I highly recommend it. After having shoulder surgery, my arm was immobilized for about 30 days before I was able to begin therapy. From the very first session, Kaitlyn Grube showed genuine empathy for how my shoulder felt while also staying focused on helping me make progress with each visit.
