Fitness quest is awesome and I highly recommend it. After having shoulder surgery, my arm was immobilized for about 30 days before I was able to begin therapy. From the very first session, Kaitlyn Grube showed genuine empathy for how my shoulder felt while also staying focused on helping me make progress with each visit. My physical therapist Charlie does an amazing job. He is acutely aware of my physical therapy needs and has a very professional demeanor of personal approach and encouragement during each exercise. I appreciate his cordial approach of eliciting a grounded conversation while fully engaging in the rehabilitation effort. He’s a true asset to the practice.
