I started looking for a gym for my younger daughter who is a 1st degree black belt to work on mobility and strength training outside of karate. The personal trainer Colby is amazing he works with her and gives her a fun work out regiment that has her excited about the gym. Mandy the kids fit trainer is also amazing. I was highly impressed with this gym and its staff. My Family vacations at American Lake every year. We decided to hit a local gym during our stay and happened across Fitness Quest. They were very accommodating to our short stay in the area. We really enjoyed the time we spent working out here and look forward to it every upcoming year.

Great place busy hours like an other gym but plenty of squat racks and benches to use. And wide array of dumbbells with a great mma section in the back to roll in.

I honesty love how clean this gym is. Its big and has many different areas of equipment. But what I love the most is, the womens only area! Its very quiet and clean and dosnt stink of farts and armpit or worse axe body spray...
