Shout Out to my personal trainer, Steven Cabrera, Fitness Quest MMA. He knows his stuff. He works closely with his clients and will put you to work to achieve your health and fitness goals. He motivates and guides with regular weighing in to monitor your progress. I had a membership with Fitness Quest and started out at the Puyallup branch where I met my trainer Steve. He was a fantastic trainer and always kept me motivated and on target for my goals. When he transferred to the Auburn branch I went there so I could continue training with him! Auburn Fitness Quest is so spacious and has so many machines.
