Friendly staff , however at least the Men's locker room was a reflection on the members , toilet paper on the floor , gum and zins in the urinals , the members clearly don't respect there own gym , or think MAMA works there to clean up after them , lots of machines- some need pads replaced! I used a rowing machine - display wasn't working 😕 Could be better- have seen worse !

Ok so let me be honest. I extremely enjoy this gym. I’ve been going here for the better part of a year and I’m here almost everyday. The staff is fantastic and address any of my concerns. It feels like a family. I’ve worked with a couple of the trainers, and made some real progress. If you want an all inclusive gym this is the one. 3 different locations to choose from, all of which are good. The managers here Jake and Wayne are A1 professionals. The subscription cancellation policy needs to be updated. I tried calling for months to cancel my subscription to no avail. I don't have a lot of time to stop by. I paid over 120 dollars for a service I couldn't cancel, and that is incredibly frustrating. This needs to be fixed. When I asked a manager about this, he just said "sorry, that's the policy because we don't want people falsifying subscription cancellations". This doesn't seem like adequate reasoning. Just saw I'm paying 4 times what I originally signed up to pay for a monthly fee. After investigating it was increased over a year and half ago without even notification of the new rate. This is absolutely absurd!
