I like that it is a small gym and open 24/7. Doesn’t feel intimidating with other people working out around you.
Don’t recommend this location. One of the staff members is incompetent, dishonest, and unprofessional. This Saturday morning, I walked into the gym, and he immediately approached me accusing me of using hand soap in the shower - something I didn’t do (unfortunately, I wasn't able to record that part). Later, I asked who his supervisor or the owner of the gym was, and he claimed to be the owner (which I recorded). That turned out to be a lie as I later found out who the actual owner is. The sauna and freeze locker were so beneficial after our workout! Staff was so friendly and helpful. The gym was clean and overall a great experience! :)
