Great place for a workout awesome. I work out with my trainer Kendall Dukes and he is great.
This place is so incredible. Winter has helped me reach my first set of goals now am looking forward to the next set. If you are ever looking for a gym this is the perfect place.
Not a huge gym. Not a whole lot of equipment, but great for fitness boot camp. They offer other classes too. Perfect for a person that's working with a trainer. Not too crowded. If you're looking for 900 different pieces of equipment, then this isn't the place for you. Though if you're just looking to workout, there is enough to work every muscle adequately.
